Joseph brings more than two decades of leadership experience in private club management, with a career spanning country clubs and yacht clubs. He is focused on operational excellence, thoughtful governance, and enhancing the overall member experience, while fostering a collaborative team environment that supports the club’s long-term success.

Jarrod has been part of the AYC team for more than 30 years, beginning his journey at a young age and growing alongside its programs and operations. With deep roots in the sailing program and extensive experience coordinating club events and weddings, he brings unmatched institutional knowledge and a genuine passion for the club community.

Peggy joined the club in 2025 and oversees the club’s financial operations with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. She has played a key role in streamlining financial processes and is a helpful point of contact for members with billing questions or account inquiries.

James oversees the club’s culinary program from concept to execution, creating menus for member dining, weddings, and private events. His approach blends creativity and seasonal inspiration with a deep respect for the longtime favorites that define the club’s dining experience.

Ashlie serves as Dining Room Manager at Avalon Yacht Club, bringing front-of-house leadership experience from ICONA Resorts, The Rusty Nail, and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. She has managed high-volume dining environments and is focused on delivering a consistent and elevated member experience. We are pleased to welcome Ashlie to the team as we head into the summer season.

Lindsey has been part of the AYC team since 2016 and transitioned into the full-time Communications Director role in 2025. She oversees all member communications across email, website, newsletters, social media, and print materials; ensuring members stay informed, engaged, and connected to everything happening at the club.

Mike began working at the club in 2025 and brings extensive experience in bartending and bar management. Known for his welcoming approach, he oversees bar operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and creating an enjoyable experience for members and guests.

Steve oversees the club’s youth and sailing programs, managing all classes and on-the-water activities. A passionate sailor and club member himself, he brings an enthusiastic, positive approach that supports a fun, engaging, and well-run experience for young sailors.
